I found a pretty good tactic: do light attack 2 times, then do the switch sides, repeat, and you can take out anybody easily.

At the first bit when you regain control of faith, heavy drop attack the guy In front of you, then springboard attack the guy with the gun (or push him off). The other enforcer will then climb up to the level the stairs (1:12) are on allowing you to heavy drop attack him and get to the position of the second bit. Excellent run though.
